Andrea Kenna has 25 years of experience helping organizations unleash their potential both in a volunteer, non-profit environment, and professionally. Prior to joining Results, Andrea held several senior level positions with Canadian Pacific Railway, including marketing, customer retention programming, and operations. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing from UBC, and has her Project Management Certification from MRU.

Andrea has been the Calgary Practice Director and contributor in all aspects of People and Strategy Development at Results since 2015. Andrea is responsible for overall management of the Calgary practice, including business development, marketing, client loyalty, and strategic direction. Her role involves establishing alliances with key business partners, understanding client needs, helping to build a team of exceptional execution specialists who can meet those needs, and creating a positive client experience at the Calgary Growth Centre.

When not working, Andrea is an outdoor enthusiast and likes to bike, hike, ski, and stay active with a busy family of 3 boys and, most recently, a new puppy. She contributes to the community by taking a leadership role in various school initiatives and coaching or managing community sport teams.

April is recognized as an effective leader, communicator, and coach who adds value with clients and internal staff. She is also very active in the start-up community with a lot of passion and experience around the tech space. As community is very important to her she also is a very active member of the U of A Venture Mentoring Service where she provides mentor-ship and support to U of A alumni entrepreneurs as we look to strengthen and diversify the Alberta economy and opportunities.

As a Business Execution Specialist with Results, April wears many hats; facilitator, coach, mentor and adviser to local established businesses with a focus on accountability and execution. She also brings her years of past experience in sales and business development to support growth initiatives.

Barb has over 20 years of Corporate Executive experience in both the CFO and COO roles of growing companies. She gained her technical experience working for Deloitte and has augmented that with hands on operational experience in both private and public companies as well as in private equity. She has worked in both local and international organizations spanning over several industries with a specialty in manufacturing. Barb is a designated professional accountant that has left the day to day numbers to other people to pursue her passion of unleashing the potential that people, and the business they operate, have within them.

With her diverse experience Barb is always up to the challenge to learn new things and see what she can do to support and elevate her client’s success. In her role as Business Execution Specialist, Barb works closely with her clients to hone their vision, design their strategies and develop their execution discipline to achieve what they desire. Barb is also a certified executive coach and loves the opportunity to challenge her clients to achieve more than they believed possible.

When Barb is not working you can usually find her with her family enjoying various sports, camping, travelling, hanging out together or with a good book in her hand. Prior to joining Results, Blaine worked in progressively senior, executive and leadership roles in a variety of organizations. He worked in numerous industries including consulting, pharmacy, franchising, real estate development, sports and entertainment, retail, medical clinics, telecommunications, manufacturing, gold mining and public accounting. He had direct leadership to financial management, legal, administration, information technology and human resources. Blaine also has a consulting company, Enrich Business Literacy, that trains managers and supervisors in organizations on business and finance basics to help them gain confidence with numbers and make better business decisions.

Blaine works with clients at Results to help them realize their potential; he is particularly passionate about helping clients develop and succeed both professionally and personally. Results helps clients in all areas including leadership, business execution, growth, accountability and innovation. Blaine has been at Results for over 4 years and has worked with clients in a variety of industries including construction, forestry, sales, marketing and engineering.

When not working, Blaine likes to spend time with his family; he also likes to run (New York marathon 2016 and still hoping to qualify for the Boston marathon), plays goal in hockey, downhill and cross-country skis, golfs, bikes, travels, reads, hikes and spends time in Fernie, B.C. in the Rocky Mountains. Chris was the President Americas for Emeco Equipment, before that Chris was the CFO for both Clearstream Energy Services and North American Construction Group and was the VP Finance for Finning Canada. Chris is Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Director and currently serves on the Board of Directors and chairs the Audit Committee for the BC Oil and Gas Commission.

Chris is a Certified Business Execution Specialist. As a BES, Chris works with clients at Results to help them realize their potential; he is particularly passionate about helping clients develop and succeed both professionally and personally. Chris is married with two grown children. Chris is an avid traveller and committed travel organizer having recently led a group of thirteen friends and family on the Camino de Santiago. Chris enjoys hiking and kayaking through BC’s amazing trails and waterways. When it is a bit too wet outside, Chris gets his geek on and plays fantasy hockey, baseball and football.

Christy Benoit has over 15 years of experience in business leadership. Prior to joining the Results team in 2017, Christy co-founded, built and led several business ventures, including an innovative engineering firm that delivered industry changing products to some of the largest oil and gas companies in North America. Christy graduated with a BSc (Pharm) from University of Alberta in 1999. Prior to starting her first business, she worked 10 years in the field of pharmacy gaining a variety of experience in areas of clinical practice, research and business management. She is also the visionary and developer of the world’s northern most Net Zero energy commercial building, the Mosaic Centre (Edmonton), which pioneered the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) methodology into Canada.

Through her role as a Business Execution Specialist with Results Canada, Christy provides coaching, training and advisory to senior leaders and their teams as they strive to build successful and sustainable businesses. Her work with her clients focuses on the 5 pillars of: Vision, Strategy, Best People Practices, Systems and Processes, and Leadership Development.

With more than 25 years’ experience in the Upstream Oil & Gas industry, Dave’s leadership experience has included business start-up, acquisition & integration of business units, business development, process improvement, accounting system conversions, public company reporting and compliance.
Dave’s leadership strengths include his ability to build high-performing management teams in line with corporate vision and values. His passion for finding talented people and providing mentorship are most valuable to his clients in assisting them in strengthening their current talent pool and planning for succession. Dave also is a partner in an HR Advisory and Project Consulting Firm in Edmonton. He is best known for his positive and proactive approach to Leadership.

He also spent over ten years coaching elite hockey including time in the Alberta Junior Hockey League. He also serves on the board of the Edmonton Executive Association and is the founder of Santa YEG, an organization focused on clothing and feeding Edmonton’s homeless population during the winter months.

As a mother to a very busy young child, she prides herself in being a multi-tasker and organizer.

Her responsibilities include providing clients with a great atmosphere to unleash their potential in, reporting, and liaising between clients and our Business Execution Specialists. Whenever someone needs help, Junnel is always up for lending a hand. What gets her to work everyday? She loves meeting new clients and hopes to have even a minor impact on anyone she encounters – even if as simple as making sure you get a cup of coffee to start your day right.

When not working you will find Junnel in the summer hiking up a trail or near a body of water where she enjoys paddle boarding, kayaking, and lounging. Jeff has over 25 years of experience developing people and teams driving strategic outcomes. Joining Results after a very eclectic career, Jeff honed his skills leading and commanding sailors and ships within the Royal Canadian Navy with more than 20 years of experience. As part of a focus on lifelong learning Jeff received his Master’s degree in Strategy and Leadership from the Royal Military College of Canada. After a significant life change where his wife lost a battle to cancer, Jeff relocated to Calgary Alberta with his two boys and focused on converting his experiences and skills within the Canadian Forces to business. He completed his Professional Project Manager (PMP) and Certified Protection Professional (CPP) Certifications to gain industry understanding. This journey lead Jeff through opportunities as CEO of a midsize company, an independent consulting firm and ownership and investment in several Calgary based corporations.

Jeff is responsible for unleashing the potential in teams within companies of all sizes and industries. His role involves supporting the development and accountability of high-performance teams, corporate vision and execution on strategic priorities.

Beyond Results, Jeff continues to serve in the Royal Canadian Naval Reserve as Regional Captain(N) for Western Canadian commanding naval units from Winnipeg to Victoria. As an alumni, Katherine continues to support the Dino’s Rugby Team as a member of the executive committee.

Katherine has over 10 years of customer service experience from various administrative roles. As a Relationship Manager, Katherine’s role involves providing administrative, technical, and research support to our clients and internal team. From 2015-2018 Katherine worked closely with the Business Execution Specialists to generate client reports and surveys. Katherine managed the company NPS process and was responsible for planning and organizing events in Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver. Katherine now focuses on providing support to members at all levels of the organization through project-based work.

As a founder and former President and Chair of Metromedia Marketing Ltd. and BrandAlliance Inc., Nick now shares his 25+ years of leadership and executive management experience with business owners and professionals across Canada. Nick is especially passionate about sharing leadership experiences in the areas of culture, M&A and strategic growth.

The organizations that he spearheaded have grown to be internationally recognized, with dozens of locations across the globe and employing hundreds of people in numerous countries. With extensive experience in governance, strategy and execution, these businesses have become award winning – having been listed on the “Best Places to Work” roster yearly as well as gaining the “National Distributor of the Year” award in 2014 and 2015. BrandAlliance also obtained Deloitte’s “Canada’s Best Managed Companies” distinction in 2015 and 2016.

He also mentors a number of Canadian businesses that are in aggressive growth phases, in order to help them continue to realize their goals with a purposeful, high-performance culture.

He has served on many Boards, including his past companies, both the Provincial and National Boards of the PPPC (Promotional Products Professionals of Canada), and several not-for-profit enterprises.

In his free time, Nick is in the process of writing and publishing a number of books on personal and business life lessons. Nicole has now changed roles to our Business Development Rep where she will work closely with the Practice Directors and marketing team to help our business continue to grow!

When not working, Nicole is still busy with her family. She loves spending time with them at the lake in the summer, skiing in the winter, and going on adventures throughout our beautiful province. Now that her children are not as busy, she hopes to travel more as a family.

Scott has been a business executive for over thirty years. He believes that opportunities don’t just happen, you must go out and create them. This thinking has allowed him to own and operate his own businesses over the years in addition to a successful career in a Fortune 100 Company. His experience made it abundantly clear that nothing great happens without great leadership. This exploration of great leadership became a passion that led him to a Business Coaching career and ultimately to the founding of Results Canada with two partners, Tim O’Connor and John Leduc.

At Results Scott supports the overall growth of the organization and contributes as a Consultant with numerous growing and successful clients. This role allows him to expertly guide his clients to achieve significant results. As a Trusted Advisor to senior leadership teams, he “unlocks” their potential and supports their learning and application of the Results Execution System as well as his own brand of exciting and challenging experiential exercises. He firmly believes the difference between who you are and who you want to be is what you do. Using this principle, Scott has great fun with his clients and relentlessly supports their transformation from good to great.

Away from Results Scott is a devoted husband and father. He spends many hours a week chasing a puck with his hockey mates and generally living a very active lifestyle. Sean has over 20 years of facilitation and leadership experience. Prior to joining Results, Sean was the Vice President of Human Resources for Flint Energy Services LTD. In his 10 years with Flint, the organization grew from $600M to over $2.4B via organic growth, joint venture partnerships and acquisitions. He also worked in Training and Development with PCL Construction after a 5-year teaching career. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Education, has his CHRP. He is certified as a facilitator, public speaker and coach.

Sean splits his time between working with clients on strategy and execution (turning a strategy into a startegy!) and his management role as the CTO. His role as CTO involves selection, onboarding and supporting a high-performing delivery team and overseeing content development for the Results Execution System.
When not working, Sean loves being active with his family. Whether it is coaching sports, running, golfing or camping, he is happiest when he is outdoors. He also enjoys coaching both of his children in their respective sports. He helps his community by giving time and energy to coaching hockey and baseball and enjoys being a member in the T8N100 charity in St Albert.

Tim has over 30 years of experience helping people and organizations be more effective and productive. Prior to joining Results, Tim lead a corporate training company that delivered productivity, sales and negotiation skills to employees in some of Canada’s best-known companies like Canadian Pacific Railway, Shaw, Telus (formally ClearNet), and Nexen. Tim has also worked in the market research and telecommunications industry in Canada and the UK. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Masters in Business, as well as certifications in Instructional Techniques (CTT+) and Public Speaking (Toastmasters).

At Results, Tim supports the leadership team with strategic planning and execution of key priorities and projects in all areas of the company.

When not working, Tim likes to write, play strategic family board games, travel, play hockey, cycle and strum a few chords on his guitar (when no one is listening). He helps his community by giving time and energy to God Squad Canada, the Entrepreneurs Organization and the Canadian Living Donor program.

Trina has over 18 years of experience working in and around this team and this industry. It has been an exciting journey as we have worked together to evolve Results to the amazing organization and team that it is today.

As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, Trina implements marketing and advertising campaigns, assists in planning and organizing events and promotional presentations, and works with creating and updating website content as well as our Execution Insights blog all with the purpose to help other companies find out about Results so we can provide value, insight and hopefully work with them to unleash their business potential.

When not working, Trina is excited to be assisting with coordinating volunteer efforts for JustServe.org. She is passionate about service opportunities and loves to spend time volunteering, socializing with friends and family and camping.
