As an experienced executive coach, she brings her growth mindset, values-based and data-based decision-making skills to the table. Prior to joining Results Business Consultants, Andrea led a $6.5-million initiative at the University of Alberta with a focus on fostering innovation, increasing graduate student employment outcomes and developing entrepreneurial skills. This work included the launch of North America’s first cross-disciplinary graduate student internship program which resulted in more than 500 students contributing over 237,000 hours to the province’s economic and social sectors.

As a Business Execution Specialist with Results Business Consultants, Andrea is in the unique position to provide facilitation, best practices and coaching to senior leaders and their teams as they build and grow sustainable organizations.  Her work with clients underscores the potency of pairing accountability with execution.

Andrea has 25 years of experience helping organizations unleash their potential both in a volunteer, non-profit environment, and professionally. Prior to joining Results Business Consultants, Andrea held several senior level positions with Canadian Pacific Railway, including marketing, customer retention programming, and operations. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing from UBC, and has her Project Management Certification from MRU.

Andrea first joined Results Business Consultants in 2015 as the Calgary Practice Director, responsible for growth, brand and client experience in Calgary. She has since moved into the role of Chief Experience Officer, responsible for corporate finance, marketing, and supporting all aspects of people and strategy development.

When not working, Andrea is an outdoor enthusiast and likes to bike, hike, ski, and stay active with a busy family of 3 boys and, most recently, a new puppy. She contributes to the community by taking a leadership role in various school initiatives and coaching or managing community sport teams.

April is regarded for her ability to successfully lead change management initiatives and strategically position businesses to reach their full potential in a challenging environment. April is recognized as an effective leader, communicator, and coach who adds value with clients and internal staff. She is also very active in the start-up community with a lot of passion and experience around the tech space. As community is very important to her she also is a very active member of the U of A Venture Mentoring Service where she provides mentor-ship and support to U of A alumni entrepreneurs as we look to strengthen and diversify the Alberta economy and opportunities.

As a Business Execution Specialist with Results Business Consultants, April wears many hats; facilitator, coach, mentor and adviser to local established businesses with a focus on accountability and execution. She also brings her years of past experience in sales and business development to support growth initiatives.

Barb has over 20 years of Corporate Executive experience in both the CFO and COO roles of growing companies. She gained her technical experience working for Deloitte and has augmented that with hands on operational experience in both private and public companies as well as in private equity. She has worked in both local and international organizations spanning over several industries with a specialty in manufacturing. Barb is a designated professional accountant that has left the day to day numbers to other people to pursue her passion of unleashing the potential that people, and the business they operate, have within them.

With her diverse experience Barb is always up to the challenge to learn new things and see what she can do to support and elevate her client’s success. In her role as Business Execution Specialist, Barb works closely with her clients to hone their vision, design their strategies and develop their execution discipline to achieve what they desire. Barb is also a certified executive coach and loves the opportunity to challenge her clients to achieve more than they believed possible.

When Barb is not working you can usually find her with her family enjoying various sports, camping, travelling, hanging out together or with a good book in her hand. Christy Benoit has over 20 years of experience in business leadership. Prior to joining the Results Business Consultants team in 2017, Christy co-founded, built and led several business ventures, including an innovative engineering firm that delivered industry changing products to some of the largest oil and gas companies in North America. Christy graduated with a BSc (Pharm) from University of Alberta in 1999. Prior to starting her first business, she worked 10 years in the field of pharmacy gaining a variety of experience in areas of clinical practice, research and business management. She is also the visionary and developer of the world’s northern most Net Zero energy commercial building, the Mosaic Centre (Edmonton), which pioneered the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) methodology into Canada.

Through her role as a Business Execution Specialist with Results Business Consultants Canada, Christy provides coaching, training and advisory to senior leaders and their teams as they strive to build successful and sustainable businesses. Her work with her clients focuses on the 5 pillars of: Vision, Strategy, Best People Practices, Systems and Processes, and Leadership Development.

Prior to her role as Practice Director at Results Business Consultants, Deanna directed Marketing & Communications nationally for a B2B business specializing in foreign exchange risk management. She held several roles over her seven years in FX, dabbling in business development, industry relations, brand building, corporate communication, marketing strategy and execution, and sales enablement. She holds an eclectic Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria in Biology and Anthropology (Archaeology) and is a born-and-raised Calgarian.

Deanna is a confidante, a cheerleader, a connector, and an energizer. Her core values are enjoyment, compassion, security, trust, and curiosity, and she strives to demonstrate those values in all aspects of life, including how she shows up professionally. As Practice Director at Results Business Consultants, Deanna helps ambitious, open-minded business leaders master the disciplines of execution to transform their companies from good to great. Outside work, Deanna spends most of her time with her rambunctious cattle dog, her partner, and her core group of friends. Erin Holowach has over 20 years of leadership experience as a serial entrepreneur. Erin and her husband/ business partner grew multiple companies from start up to acquisition across the industries of real estate, construction, oil and gas, financial services, and retail.

As the leader of these start-ups, Erin focused on developing high functioning teams and operating processes in order to achieve sustainable growth and a strong corporate culture. Early on in her entrepreneurial journey, Erin knew that hiring and coaching people to perform at their highest potential was the key to business success. Erin spent much of her career working to build leaders within her organizations.

Erin’s love for business coaching and the Results Business Consultants Execution System came when she was a client at Results Business Consultants. She was amazed at the accountability and execution that was established by having a Business Execution Specialist work with herself and her leadership team to ensure they were on track to KPIs, priorities and ultimately the vision and strategy of the organization. From that moment on, business coaching was on her career plan.

Erin is a lifelong leaner with a Degree in Agriculture Business Management from the University of a Alberta, as well as multiple courses over 20 years in business. She is a past member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) and EO (Entrepreneurs Organization) both which focus on helping entrepreneurs achieve their full potential through the power of life-enhancing connections, shared experiences and collaborative learning.

Outside of work, Erin is a mom to 3 teenagers. She enjoys lake activities in the summer and mountain sports in the winter. Other activities include curling, softball, travel and reading.

Hala’s role as Office Manager at Results Business Consultants resonates with her passion for diplomacy, community engagement and nourishment, and team support. She started at Results in May 2023 and is gradually expanding her role to include administrative work, office management, client support, survey and report creation, as well as graphic design. Hala enjoys working with the Results team and learning from their expertise as she grows in this position, with the goal of providing the best client and team support possible.

Her educational journey entailed a B.S. degree from Georgetown University in International Affairs and a Master of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University in Religion, Culture and Global Justice. Her dedication towards human rights and community nourishment is what inspired her to work at Results – at an environment that is committed to bettering the lives of employees through business consulting and development. Prior to Results, Hala has administrative, marketing, teaching, research, and publishing experience that she is adamant on expanding through her role here.

On her own time, Hala loves to spend time with her family and travel back home to Egypt every chance she gets. She values getting some fresh air by a body of water, finding a good book at the library, trying new recipes, and exploring cities to find her favorite restaurants, coffee shops, and beautiful, outdoor hang-out spots. She is excited about trying snowboarding and skiing (and falling) during Alberta’s winters!

Jeff Tetz, CEO & Partner at Results, is passionate about helping leaders build great workplaces. Since 2011, working alongside an experienced team of business advisors, he’s been introducing companies in Canada to the power of execution discipline and how transformative it can be for a business and its people.  

Jeff brings a well-rounded perspective to leadership having spent time on the business side of professional sports with the Edmonton Oilers and Edmonton Elks, and on the coaching side working with high-performance athletes in junior hockey for 2 decades.  

He is the host of Unleashed, a leadership podcast produced by Results where he interviews the world’s top leadership authors and business thinkers to help listeners unleash their own leadership potential.  

Away from work, he is a self-proclaimed mountaineer and a life-long learner. He also serves on the board of the Brain Care Centre and is the founder of Santa YEG, an organization focused on feeding Edmonton’s homeless population during the winter months.

Joining Results Business Consultants after a very eclectic career, Jeff honed his skills leading and commanding sailors and ships within the Royal Canadian Navy with more than 25 years of experience. As part of a focus on lifelong learning Jeff received his Master’s degree in Strategy and Leadership from the Royal Military College of Canada. After a significant life change where his wife lost a battle to cancer, Jeff relocated to Calgary Alberta with his two boys and focused on converting his experiences and skills within the Canadian Forces to business. He completed his Professional Project Manager (PMP) and Certified Protection Professional (CPP) Certifications to gain industry understanding. This journey lead Jeff through opportunities as CEO of a midsize company, an independent consulting firm and ownership and investment in several Calgary based corporations.

Jeff is responsible for unleashing the potential in teams within companies of all sizes and industries. His role involves supporting the development and accountability of high-performance teams, corporate vision and execution on strategic priorities.

Beyond Results Business Consultants, Jeff continues to serve in the Royal Canadian Naval Reserve as the Command Mentor. She played rugby for 7 years before moving to mixed martial arts in which she has grown into a role of helping others learn the gentle art of jiu jitsu. Katherine joined the Results Business Consultants team as a Relationship Manager in October 2015.

As a Relationship Manager, Katherine’s role involved providing administrative, technical, and research support to our clients and internal team. From 2015-2018 Katherine worked closely with the Business Execution Specialists to generate client reports and surveys. Katherine managed the company NPS process and was responsible for planning and organizing events in Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver.

As the Creative Solutions Ninja, Katherine provides support to members at all levels of the organization through project-based work; including but not limited to content development, graphic design, website design, and event management.

When not working, Katherine is spending time with her family. She enjoys various activities like baking, playing strategic board games, indoor cycling, and being active outdoors.

She has successfully led the development of strategic plans for major public utilities, incorporating ESG targets, reconciliation commitments, and assessing regulatory and environmental risks. Oly’s leadership experience includes 20+ years in Retail operations, planning, loyalty and brand management, category management, training & recruitment, strategy and business development. In addition, Oly spent close to 15 years in progressively more senior learning and development roles, with his last two roles focused on building global commercial capability in a large multi-national organization.

Oly has extensive experience and training in people and leadership development, facilitation, change management, business management, stakeholder engagement and business partnering.

Over the years, Oly has worked with businesses ranging from individual retailers to multiple site operators to alliance partners to joint venture partners. He has been part of senior national and global leadership teams and provided counsel and support to senior executive boards and industry advisory boards.

When not working, Oly is a volunteer Mentor with the University of Calgary’s BMO Mentorship program for business students, and also enjoys providing tips to his grown sons, who are both pursuing successful careers in business. Oly enjoys spending time with his wife and their Alaskan Malamute puppy on their acreage in the foothills near Calgary. The organizations that he spearheaded have grown to be internationally recognized, with dozens of locations across the globe and employing hundreds of people in numerous countries. After spending 6 years as a teacher, then 16 years at home taking care of her family, Nicole joined the Results Business Consultants team in January of 2018 as the Relationship Manager of the Edmonton office. This role gave her the opportunity to gain and strengthen her administrative skills, but also to develop and establish great connections and relationships with our clients and business community. Nicole has now changed roles to our Community Engagement Director where she organizes our leadership and client appreciation events and works with the Practice Directors and marketing team to help our business continue to grow!

When not working, Nicole loves spending her time playing games, skiing with her kids in the winter, and relaxing at the lake on weekends. During the summer months, she spends most of her time doing what she loves most, adventuring in the mountains.

Sean has over 25 years of facilitation and leadership experience. Prior to joining Results Business Consultants, Sean was the Vice President of Human Resources for Flint Energy Services LTD. In his 10 years with Flint, the organization grew from $600M to over $2.4B via organic growth, joint venture partnerships and acquisitions. He also worked in Training and Development with PCL Construction after a 5-year teaching career. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Education and has his CHRP. He is certified as a facilitator, public speaker and coach.

Sean splits his time between working with clients on strategy and execution (turning a strategy into a startegy!) and his management role as the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO). His role as CTO involves selection, onboarding and supporting a high-performing delivery team and overseeing content development for the Results Execution System.

When not working, Sean loves being active with his family. Whether it is coaching sports, running, golfing or camping, he is happiest when he is outdoors. He helps his community by giving time and energy to coaching hockey and enjoys being a member in the T8N100 charity in St Albert.

Previous to becoming a consultant, Shelley spent 25 years in the energy sector and 10 years in retail management. Areas of expertise include leadership development, coaching, process improvement, change management and facilitation. For those with a yen for credentials, Shelley has both Lean and Six Sigma certificates, Coaching Certification (ICC) and a Professional Accounting designation (CPA, CMA). With plenty of hands-on experience, Shelley supports development of a learning culture and ultimately a better place to work.

Outside of the workplace, Shelley passionately supports a community robotics organization, who’s mission is inspiring young people to be the science and technology leaders of tomorrow. As a board member and mentor, Shelley is inspired by the youth who make the robots work and the talented mentors who make it all possible.

Prior to her current position at Results Business Consultants, Tamela played a key role in supervisory administration and conveyancing at a busy Edmonton real estate brokerage.

Following the completion of her Youth Worker diploma, she dedicated over five years serving as a dedicated Youth Worker, catering to at-risk youth aged 3 to 17 across diverse communities within Edmonton. This experience provided a solid basis as she moved into the field of administration.
In her capacity as an Administrative Manager, Tamela’s foremost objective revolves around delivering dependable support to both clients and her team. Her key responsibilities encompass the generation of comprehensive surveys, meticulous report processing, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Her strong desire to acquire new skills motivates her to continuously improve her role as an Administrative Manager.
Tamela is a proud mother of two, enjoys reading and writing, has been an avid soccer player since high school, and is a long-time member of a women’s team for 9 years. Additionally, she eagerly anticipates snowboarding in the mountains during the winter and family camping trips during the summer.

Previously to working at Results, Tara spent the last 7 years on the Major Accounts Team at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Canada. She was responsible for growing and maintaining long-lasting partnerships. Relationships is what Tara became most passionate about.

Tara works with leaders who are very intentional about how they run their business, truly value their people, and realize the benefit of the organic success that takes place when you set the right foundation. Tim has over 30 years of experience helping people and organizations be more effective and productive. Prior to joining Results Business Consultants, Tim lead a corporate training company that delivered productivity, sales and negotiation skills to employees in some of Canada’s best-known companies like Canadian Pacific Railway, Shaw, Telus (formally ClearNet), and Nexen. Tim has also worked in the market research and telecommunications industry in Canada and the UK. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Masters in Business, as well as certifications in Instructional Techniques (CTT+) and Public Speaking (Toastmasters).

At Results Business Consultants, Tim supports the leadership team with strategic planning and execution of key priorities and projects in all areas of the company.

When not working, Tim enjoys writing, strategy board games, travel, hockey, cycling, and even strums a few chords on his guitar (when no one is listening). He helps his community by giving time and energy to his family and church.
