Prior to joining the Results Business Consultants, she spent over 3 decades with an international energy company, where her career spanned many of its business areas including refining, trading & supply, oil sands, retail and B2B sales. In the last 10 years of her career, she led both national and international teams at an executive level
She is known as a change maker who focuses on outcomes whilst creating & nurturing highly effective relationships. She has been characterized as an inspirational leader who exudes humility while relentlessly striving for excellence. She is motivated by helping others achieve their ultimate potential, aligned with their professional or personal purpose. Her leadership philosophies are anchored in discipline, accountability & delivery balanced with humility, authenticity & purpose.
She also holds ICD.D and serves as a board member at Mount Royal University.
Outside of work, she is a fitness enthusiast and spends many hours a week at a F45 studio. She considers herself a learner in life and always strives to acquire more knowledge and insights through books, podcasts and documentaries. She is a proud mom of 2 grown daughters. Business Execution Specialist
Andrea leverages 20 years of senior leadership experience to help organizations and teams realize their potential. She drives continuous improvement and performance with a commitment to shared purpose and values. Her passion for developing high performing teams is reflected in her career progression with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, where she expanded radio, TV and online audiences while earning more than 30 team and individual industry awards. Andrea has a master’s degree in journalism and formalized her change management and coaching experience with certifications in both. As an experienced executive coach, she brings her growth mindset, values-based and data-based decision-making skills to the table. Prior to joining Results Business Consultants, Andrea led a $6.5-million initiative at the University of Alberta with a focus on fostering innovation, increasing graduate student employment outcomes and developing entrepreneurial skills. This work included the launch of North America’s first cross-disciplinary graduate student internship program which resulted in more than 500 students contributing over 237,000 hours to the province’s economic and social sectors.
As a Business Execution Specialist with Results Business Consultants, Andrea is in the unique position to provide facilitation, best practices and coaching to senior leaders and their teams as they build and grow sustainable organizations. Her work with clients underscores the potency of pairing accountability with execution.
When not working, Andrea spends time with family and friends using food, play, and outdoor pursuits (a recent kayaking enthusiast) to build memories and create connection. She volunteers through pro bono coaching for emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, and recent graduates.

Chief Experience Officer
Andrea brings over 30 years of experience helping organizations unlock their potential in both non-profit and corporate environments.
Before joining Results Business Consultants, Andrea held several senior leadership roles at Canadian Pacific Railway, where she focused on marketing, customer retention, and operations. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of British Columbia and a Project Management Certification from Mount Royal University.
Andrea joined Results in 2015 as the Calgary Practice Director, leading growth initiatives, brand development, and client experience efforts in the region. Today, as Chief Experience Officer, she oversees corporate finance, marketing, and drives people and strategy development across the organization.
Outside of work, Andrea is an outdoor enthusiast who loves biking, hiking, skiing, and staying active with family, travel and gardening.

April Jones is a results-driven, innovative business leader, executive coach, and trusted advisor with extensive experience helping organizations translate strategy into execution and measurable results. She has led growth and transformation across many different B2B and B2C environments.
April spent nearly a decade as a Global Executive Sales Leader with Intuit Canada, where she built and led high-performing sales teams, developed sales talent, and drove scalable growth initiatives. Her expertise spans sales strategy, sales enablement, leadership development, and change management, with a strong focus on building disciplined, repeatable systems that deliver sustained performance.
For the past eight years, April has passionately worked as a Business Execution Specialist with Results, partnering with executive leadership teams to clarify vision, align strategy, and drive accountability across the organization. As a facilitator, coach, and advisor, she is known for helping leaders move from ideas to action—ensuring priorities are clear; execution is consistent, and results are achieved.
April is also an active member of the University of Alberta Venture Mentoring Service, supporting alumni entrepreneurs in building strong, scalable businesses that contribute to Alberta’s economic diversification. Outside of work, she is deeply committed to community involvement, family, and initiatives that support food security.

Business Execution Specialist
Barb has over 20 years of Corporate Executive experience in both the CFO and COO roles of growing companies. She gained her technical experience working for Deloitte and has augmented that with hands on operational experience in both private and public companies as well as in private equity. She has worked in both local and international organizations spanning over several industries with a specialty in manufacturing. Barb is a designated professional accountant that has left the day to day numbers to other people to pursue her passion of unleashing the potential that people, and the business they operate, have within them.
With her diverse experience Barb is always up to the challenge to learn new things and see what she can do to support and elevate her client’s success. In her role as Business Execution Specialist, Barb works closely with her clients to hone their vision, design their strategies and develop their execution discipline to achieve what they desire. Barb is also a certified executive coach and loves the opportunity to challenge her clients to achieve more than they believed possible.
When Barb is not working you can usually find her with her family enjoying various sports, camping, travelling, hanging out together or with a good book in her hand. Barb also enjoys her volunteer work on the Food Banks of Alberta Board and is proud of the classes she moderated through the Strategic Leadership Program for the Society of Management Accountants of Alberta prior to the accounting merger.

Christy Benoit Demuth works with entrepreneurs and business leaders to help them unlock their full potential and build purpose driven businesses. She has over 20 years of experience in business leadership having founded, built and led several business ventures, including an innovative engineering firm that delivered industry changing products to some of the largest oil and gas companies in North America. Through her focus on developing healthy corporate cultures that foster continuous improvement mentality, she’s demonstrated that is it possible to do good while doing well in business.
As a Business Execution Specialist with Results, Christy provides coaching, training and advisory to senior leaders and their teams as they strive to build successful and sustainable businesses. Her work focuses on the areas of strategy execution, culture transformation, productivity improvement and leadership development. She adds value to teams by providing insight and experience on strategic and relational issues, holding them accountable to their commitments, asking challenging questions, and holding a safe space for the hard conversations that often stand between teams and the fulfillment of their goals.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Christy can be found spending time with her husband and their 5 teenage/young adult kids, sweating it out in the yoga studio or hockey rink, or fighting weeds in her garden.

Derek brings over 25 years of leadership experience and knowledge to the Results team having had a successful career in a wide range of industries. He has been fortunate to work with leadership teams within renowned companies such as Suncor Energy, Cenovus Energy, WestJet Airlines and Shaw Communications. From these experiences, he knows the importance of finding the right tailored strategy and culture for every executive team and how to engrain it at all levels to maximize an organization’s potential.
As a business execution specialist, Derek brings a very practical approach, balancing business experience and academic knowledge to generate new ideas that are “real and tangible” for an organization. Through his career, he has had the opportunity to work with some of the top academic organizations in the world, including Harvard University, the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), Duke University, the Banff Centre and thought leaders, Patrick Lencioni, Marshall Goldsmith, Ken Blanchard and Donald Sull.
In his free time, Derek and his wife love to travel to meet new people and explore different cultures. Their passion is extended vacations where they can “live like a local”, with their most recent trip being a month exploring Portugal. Derek believes in an active lifestyle, whether it is the chores of living on an acreage, helping out on the family farm in Manitoba, golfing in the summer, curling in the winter or planning the next travel adventure.

Erin Holowach has over 20 years of leadership experience as a serial entrepreneur. Erin and her husband/ business partner grew multiple companies from start up to acquisition across the industries of real estate, construction, oil and gas, financial services, and retail.
As the leader of these start-ups, Erin focused on developing high functioning teams and operating processes in order to achieve sustainable growth and a strong corporate culture. Early on in her entrepreneurial journey, Erin knew that hiring and coaching people to perform at their highest potential was the key to business success. Erin spent much of her career working to build leaders within her organizations.
Erin’s love for business coaching and the Results Business Consultants Execution System came when she was a client at Results Business Consultants. She was amazed at the accountability and execution that was established by having a Business Execution Specialist work with herself and her leadership team to ensure they were on track to KPIs, priorities and ultimately the vision and strategy of the organization. From that moment on, business coaching was on her career plan.
Erin is a lifelong leaner with a Degree in Agriculture Business Management from the University of a Alberta, as well as multiple courses over 20 years in business. She is a past member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) and EO (Entrepreneurs Organization) both which focus on helping entrepreneurs achieve their full potential through the power of life-enhancing connections, shared experiences and collaborative learning.

Jeff brings a rare, well-rounded perspective to leadership. That combination has shaped his practical, people-first approach to leadership and results.
He is the host of Unleashed, a leadership podcast produced by Results, where he sits down with the world’s top leadership authors and business thinkers to explore what it really takes to unleash leadership potential.
Outside of work, Jeff is a self-proclaimed mountaineer, lifelong learner, and committed to community. He serves on the board of the Brain Care Centre and is the founder of Santa YEG, an organization dedicated to feeding Edmonton’s homeless population during the winter months.

Jeff has over 35 years of experience developing people and teams driving strategic outcomes. Joining Results Business Consultants after a very eclectic career, Jeff honed his skills leading and commanding sailors and ships within the Royal Canadian Navy with more than 30 years of experience. As part of a focus on lifelong learning Jeff received his Master’s degree in Strategy and Leadership from the Royal Military College of Canada. After a significant life change where his wife lost a battle to cancer, Jeff relocated to Calgary Alberta with his two boys and focused on converting his experiences and skills within the Canadian Forces to business. He completed his Professional Project Manager (PMP) and Certified Protection Professional (CPP) Certifications to gain industry understanding. This journey lead Jeff through opportunities as CEO of a midsize company, an independent consulting firm and ownership and investment in several Calgary based corporations.
Jeff is responsible for unleashing the potential in teams within companies of all sizes and industries. His role involves supporting the development and accountability of high-performance teams, corporate vision and execution on strategic priorities.
Beyond Results Business Consultants, Jeff continues to serve in the Canadian Armed Forces as the Regional Liaison Officer Reservist Employer Support for Western Canada and the Arctic. As a father of five and married to a Calgary entrepreneur, Jeff’s role to unleash potential and support team cohesion is directly relatable to the development of his large family. Karl Gartly has over 25 years of leadership experience as a serial entrepreneur. He has a passion for growing companies with experience founding, financing, growing and acquiring organizations in a wide range of industries.
Earning an Economics and Biology degree from Augustana (now a part of U of A) while operating a student painting business stretched his horizons at a young age. His early career spent mentoring and coaching hundreds of student entrepreneurs made him a believer in business potential and created a will to change the way things are done for the better. Both of the organizations that helped provide this valuable experience (Student Works Painting, DECO Windshield Repair) were recognized for rapid growth on national Fast Growth company lists.
Solving problems through rapid growth prompted an interest in technology systems that improve critical functions of business operations, finance, marketing, sales, legal, compliance and organizational development. The software technology companies Karl has been involved with in an ownership, advisory, executive or consulting capacity are used by small, medium and enterprise businesses to improve around the globe.
Karl has a passion for travel and has lived in Germany and the US. He has also travelled extensively in Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa, building personal and business relationships across these geographies.
In his free time, Karl is a married dad of 4 children, a multi-sport coach, a not-for-profit board chair (Impact Society) and weekend warrior athlete. He enjoys hockey, golf, baseball, watersports and any social gathering he is invited to.

Office Administrator – Edmonton
Kat joined the Results team in February 2023, bringing over seven years of administrative experience with a strong foundation in insurance and customer service.
In her role as Office Manager, Kat is committed to delivering exceptional support to both clients and team members. She takes pride in her responsiveness, attention to detail, and willingness to jump in wherever needed. A lifelong learner, Kat is always eager to develop new skills that elevate her contribution to the team.
Outside the office, Kat thrives on staying active and embracing the outdoors. She enjoys spending time with her 2 cats and partner. Whether she’s painting, drawing, or camping with friends and family, Kat finds joy in creativity and connection.

Creative Solutions Ninja
Katherine joined the Results Business Consultants team in October 2015 as a Relationship Manager, delivering administrative, technical, and research support to both clients and the internal team. In 2018, she shifted gears as she became a mom, embracing new priorities while continuing to expand her impact through creativity and adaptability.
Now known as the Creative Solutions Ninja, Katherine provides thoughtful, wide-ranging support across all levels of the organization. Whether it’s graphic design, content creation, event management, or video editing, she thrives on finding fresh, innovative ways to bring ideas to life and solve unique challenges – with the quiet precision of a true ninja.
Before stepping into her current role, Katherine earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary, where she also played rugby with the Calgary Dinos. Outside of work, she keeps pace with her three adventurous boys and enjoys baking, conquering board games, and tackling indoor cycling rides with the same enthusiasm she brings to every project.

Practice Director – Edmonton
In her role as the Edmonton Practice Director, Lisa works directly with CEOs and leadership teams who are ready to move from strategy to execution. Often the first point of contact for new clients, she bridges relationships and results — helping leaders feel supported, understood, and confident as they work toward their goals. Clients appreciate Lisa’s ability to listen deeply, connect meaningfully, and guide them with warmth, clarity, and focus.
Before joining Results in September 2025, Lisa spent two decades in senior sales and marketing leadership at Alberta Blue Cross. Known for being a natural connector, she brings curiosity, empathy, and a genuine care for people to every conversation.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time outdoors — camping, kayaking, and cross-country skiing — and staying grounded through yoga and meditation. She’s a big believer in balance, finding energy and inspiration in both her professional work and her adventures with her teenage son.

Office Administrator – Calgary
Maggie MacKenzie is a Calgary-based Office Administrator and Event Coordinator with a dynamic background in theatre, marketing, and administration. Known for her emotionally engaging storytelling and steady, problem-solving approach, Maggie is passionate about building bridges between arts and culture, non-profits, and for-profit sectors.
Before joining Results, Maggie played a key role in improving interdepartmental communication at the University of Calgary, developing user-friendly AV reports and troubleshooting guides. She also helped launch STUDIO G, Green Fools’ circus school in southeast Calgary, growing class enrolment from zero to over 300 students in just nine months. Her strategic use of marketing, student communications, and ongoing experimentation led to class growth of 20–50% with each new session.
At Results, Maggie supports both clients and internal teams with care and efficiency. As she steps into an expanded role in event coordination, she brings the same thoughtful structure and creativity that has defined her work throughout her career.

Megan is an Executive Assistant and Bookkeeping professional with over 20 years of experience spanning across a multitude of industries including business coaching/consulting, engineering, development, industrial and hospitality. Bringing a diverse set of skills and qualifications to any team she has worked with, Megan has built her career in a variety of roles. She is not only used to wearing many hats she sincerely enjoys it!
In her current capacity, Megan assumes the pivotal role of orchestrating day-to-day financial operations at Results Business Consultants, a role she undertakes with unwavering dedication and precision. Prior to her writing career, Natalie spent 10+ years working in HR, recruitment, and training & development roles in the software, healthcare, and financial services industries. Career highlights include sales training program rollouts, staffing and training a mutual funds call center from the ground up, and planning nationwide due diligence events for a real estate investment firm.
Natalie received a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Immaculata University. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Saint Joseph’s University. Natalie currently lives in Philadelphia, PA. When she’s not writing, she enjoys walks around the city with her husband and dog, discovering new music, and enjoying Philly’s food and arts scenes.

Community Engagement Director
Nicole joined Results Business Consultants in January 2018, bringing warmth, energy, and a passion for connection to the Edmonton office.
After six years as a teacher and sixteen years focused on raising her family, Nicole embraced a new professional chapter as Relationship Manager, where she honed her administrative skills and built meaningful relationships with clients and the broader business community. Today, as Community Engagement Director, she leads the planning of leadership events and client appreciation experiences while collaborating closely with Practice Directors and the marketing team to support Results’ continued growth.
Outside of work, Nicole is all about making memories with her family. She enjoys skiing with her kids in the winter, playing games, and unwinding at the lake on weekends. In the summer, you’ll most often find her doing what she loves most — exploring the mountains on new adventures.

Business Execution Specialist
With close to 35 years of commercial and leadership development experience, Oly brings a passion for helping people, and the businesses they are in, to succeed.
Oly’s leadership experience includes 20+ years in Retail operations, planning, loyalty and brand management, category management, training & recruitment, strategy and business development. In addition, Oly spent close to 15 years in progressively more senior learning and development roles, with his last two roles focused on building global commercial capability in a large multi-national organization.
Oly has extensive experience and training in people and leadership development, facilitation, change management, business management, stakeholder engagement and business partnering.
Over the years, Oly has worked with businesses ranging from individual retailers to multiple site operators to alliance partners to joint venture partners. He has been part of senior national and global leadership teams and provided counsel and support to senior executive boards and industry advisory boards.
When not working, Oly is a volunteer Mentor with the University of Calgary’s BMO Mentorship program for business students, and also enjoys providing tips to his grown sons, who are both pursuing successful careers in business. Oly enjoys spending time with his wife and their Alaskan Malamute puppy on their acreage in the foothills near Calgary. Oly is also working on improving his golf game in the summer, and his curling and hockey skills in the winter.

Chief Transformation Officer & Business Execution Specialist
Sean has over 25 years of facilitation and leadership experience. Prior to joining Results Business Consultants, Sean was the Vice President of Human Resources for Flint Energy Services LTD. In his 10 years with Flint, the organization grew from $600M to over $2.4B via organic growth, joint venture partnerships and acquisitions. He also worked in Training and Development with PCL Construction after a 5-year teaching career. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Education and has his CHRP. He is certified as a facilitator, public speaker and coach.
Sean splits his time between working with clients on strategy and execution (turning a strategy into a startegy!) and his management role as the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO). His role as CTO involves selection, onboarding and supporting a high-performing delivery team and overseeing content development for the Results Execution System.
When not working, Sean loves being active with his family. Whether it is coaching sports, running, golfing or camping, he is happiest when he is outdoors. He helps his community by giving time and energy to coaching hockey and enjoys being a member in the T8N100 charity in St Albert.

Shannon has over 20 years of leadership and facilitation experience spanning the private sector, public service and not-for-profit space. Throughout her career, Shannon’s reputation has been that of a gamechanger, deployed to solve her organizations’ biggest challenges. That has included launching new products, tackling unprecedented growth and scaling, restructuring for efficiencies, resolving process and system limitations, establishing project management and quality assurance practices, and building high performing teams.
She holds a Commerce Degree from the University of Alberta School of Business with a major in Operations Management. She also is certified as an integrative negotiator and mediator with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Alberta. A lifelong learner, Shannon has focused on leadership development and change management as areas of passion and strength.
Shannon is a strategist and visionary with a heart for people and hands for getting into the dirty work. Her energy and genuineness join forces with accountability and experience to support Results clients with a great mix of inspiration and grit. For Shannon, the opportunity to work with Results is finding a place to belong; where wicked challenges get to be resolved with leaders willing to step into the unknown and tackle them.
When she’s not working, Shannon is raising (and feeding!) three active teenage boys. She also speaks to and works with young girls on the topic of creating their best life leveraging simple tools for transforming beyond life’s circumstances. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active, reading, writing, hiking, skiing, painting with acrylics, and watching her boys play football.

Helping people and teams be better is where Shelley finds fun. As a catalyst for change, Shelley brings a blend of curiosity, humor, and common sense as she helps people in their desire to grow. Shelley has an engaging style as she encourages teams to build their knowledge level and personal accountability to produce value added results.
Shelley is committed to bettering any organization she works with through the constant improvement of communication, idea flow, and execution. Previous to becoming a consultant, Shelley spent 25 years in the energy sector and 10 years in retail management. Areas of expertise include leadership development, coaching, process improvement, change management and facilitation. For those with a yen for credentials, Shelley has both Lean and Six Sigma certificates, Coaching Certification (ICC) and a Professional Accounting designation (CPA, CMA). With plenty of hands-on experience, Shelley supports development of a learning culture and ultimately a better place to work.
Outside of the workplace, Shelley passionately supports a community robotics organization, who’s mission is inspiring young people to be the science and technology leaders of tomorrow. As a board member and mentor, Shelley is inspired by the youth who make the robots work and the talented mentors who make it all possible.

Administrative Manager
Tamela holds a Youth Worker diploma and spent years supporting at-risk youth aged 3 to 17 in communities across Edmonton. This experience shaped her strong foundation in service, organization, and communication, and provided a natural springboard into the world of administration.
Before joining Results Business Consultants, Tamela built further experience in supervisory administration and conveyancing at a busy Edmonton real estate brokerage.
As Administrative Manager, Tamela is dedicated to delivering reliable, high-quality support to both clients and her team. Her role includes creating detailed surveys, processing reports with precision, building and formatting company blog posts for publication, and ensuring exceptional customer service through careful attention to detail and organization.
Outside of work, Tamela enjoys reading, writing, and expressing her creativity in her free time. She is a proud mom of two who enjoys snowboarding in the winter and spending time camping with family and friends in the summer. When the weather is warm, she can often be found floating on a lake with a good book, making the most of the season.

Founder & Strategic Projects
Tim has over 30 years of experience helping people and organizations be more effective and productive. Prior to joining Results Business Consultants, Tim lead a corporate training company that delivered productivity, sales and negotiation skills to employees in some of Canada’s best-known companies like Canadian Pacific Railway, Shaw, Telus (formally ClearNet), and Nexen. Tim has also worked in the market research and telecommunications industry in Canada and the UK. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Masters in Business, as well as certifications in Instructional Techniques (CTT+) and Public Speaking (Toastmasters).
At Results Business Consultants, Tim supports the leadership team with strategic planning and execution of key priorities and projects in all areas of the company.
When not working, Tim enjoys writing, strategy board games, travel, hockey, cycling, and even strums a few chords on his guitar (when no one is listening). He helps his community by giving time and energy to his family and church.
