Ron Tite Biography

An entrepreneur, bestselling author, and producer, Ron Tite has always blurred the lines between art and commerce. He’s an award-winning advertising writer and creative director who has worked with some of the world’s most respected brands, including Google, Intel, Microsoft, Volvo, Walmart, and many others. A globally in-demand speaker, Tite speaks to leading organizations about purpose, creativity, disruption, and leadership, infusing each of his presentations with his unique perspective and humour.

Tite is the founder and chief creative officer of Church+State, an agency that unifies content and advertising. His work has been recognized by The London International Advertising Awards, The New York Festivals of Advertising, The Crystals, The Extras, The Canadian Marketing Association, and The Marketing Awards, to name a few. Tite is also the host and executive producer of the hit podcast, The Coup, which won “Outstanding Business Series” from the Canadian Podcast Awards and NY Festivals.

Named one of the “Top 10 Creative Canadians” by Marketing Magazine, Tite has written for television; wrote, produced, and performed a hit play; created a branded art gallery; published an award-winning comedy book; and was the executive producer and host of the award-winning comedy show, Monkey Toast, for five years. Most recently, Tite was the executive producer of the documentary film, Fresh Water.

Tite is the author of three bestselling books: Everyone’s an Artist — Or At Least They Should Be, co-written with Scott Kavanaugh and Christopher Novais; Think Do Say: How to Seize Attention and Build Trust in a Busy, Busy World; and his most recent, The Purpose of Purpose.

Christy Benoit-Demuth works with entrepreneurs and business leaders to help them unlock their full potential and build purpose-driven businesses. She has over 20 years of experience in business leadership, having founded, built, and led several business ventures — including an innovative engineering firm that delivered industry-changing products to some of the largest oil and gas companies in North America. Through her focus on developing healthy corporate cultures that foster a continuous-improvement mentality, she’s demonstrated that it’s possible to do good while doing well in business.

As a Business Execution Specialist with Results, Christy provides coaching, training, and advisory to senior leaders and their teams as they build successful, sustainable businesses. Her work spans strategy execution, culture transformation, productivity improvement, and leadership development — holding teams accountable to their commitments, asking the challenging questions, and creating a safe space for the hard conversations that often stand between teams and their goals.
