You will leave this session with tools, actions and takeaways for your business to compete, and get the most out of your talent.

The Alberta economy has not been kind to the Oil and Gas Services sector over the past few years. Some companies have not survived, others are barely hanging on, and yet some companies are coming out of the downturn filled with optimism about the future and some have even miraculously thrived. In any competitive industry, there are winners and losers. No matter the economic conditions, some companies consistently do better than their peers.

As a senior leader, what do you need to do in this tough new economy to create an environment you can thrive in?

In partnership with Results Canada Inc., join PSAC at this workshop that will focus on the specific disciplines that oilfield services leaders must embrace to create a healthy organization and strong demand for products and services. You will leave this session with tools, actions and takeaways for your business to compete, and get the most out of your talent.

Learn how to:

  • Create a culture that fosters high levels of engagement
  • Differentiate your product and service to be successful
  • (Evaluate and) Hire the best talent possible
  • Create a highly accountable organization

Come learn from the workshop and from one another, and expand your network of fellow PSAC members.
