Building a cohesive and strong culture takes deliberate effort and action, but it's not as complicated (or as soft and mushy) as people think! On Thursday, April 15th from 7:50 to 9:30 am MT, we're exploring the concept of culture and the key ingredients for creating strong cultural chemistry: psychological safety, vulnerability, and purpose. We won't just be providing the "what" but rather the "how-to!"
In this workshop, leaders will...
- Perform a self-assessment to better understand where their company measures on each of the three core cultural competencies.
- Connect with other like-minded leaders and engage in peer-to-peer conversation on what it takes to build a great company culture. Peers are encouraged to share suggestions implemented in their own companies.
- Walk away with actionable ideas for strengthening the cultural foundation in their own organization, ideas that can be implemented within the first 90 days.
