This breakfast workshop is intended for open-minded, ambitious business leaders of mid-sized organizations.

What is the secret to building a winning culture?

Is it beanbag chairs, epic office parties, and onsite gyms? These perks may sell well, but they are often nothing more than lipstick, or a veneer. Without a strong foundation they have little true impact on culture.

Building a cohesive team takes deliberate action. We will explore how applying three key competencies for a winning culture (building psychological safety, sharing vulnerability, and establishing purpose) will strengthen the culture and teamwork in your organization.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Perform a self-assessment to understand where their company measures on each of the three competencies
  • Engage in peer-to-peer conversations with other workshop participants
  • Be armed with actionable ideas for developing these foundational skills in their own organizations

This workshop is intended for business leaders who are ready to do the hard work of creating an environment where their people can flourish as individuals and thrive as the highest functioning teams.
