In the four years that Avalon Master Builder has worked with Results, it has experienced a team transformation and re-focused vision for the company. Avalon has moved from a top down driven company to a management team of working together on furthering the company’s success.

Growth through the power of execution
Over the years Global Thermoelectric has successfully demonstrated excellence both internally as an employer and externally as the world leader in ultra-reliable remote power systems, including Global’s unique TEG’s (Thermoelectric Generators.) In April of 2014, Global Thermoelectric and Gentherm,
who are both leaders in different markets with thermoelectric products, joined forces. Global began its relations with Results in 2011 as part of an initiative to make the company an attractive acquisition candidate so that it could take advantage of tremendous international growth opportunities. The coaching and guidance from Results helped identify strategic changes and execution practices that were successfully implemented. These changes directly contributed to the recognition of Global’s standard of excellence, resulting awards, and improved sales and profitability. In April of 2015, the full transition from Global Thermoelectric to Gentherm Global Power Technologies (GTP) was accomplished.
