Results is looking for a competitive, curious, ready-to-learn sales professional in Edmonton. 

The Opportunity 

As our Growth & Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in expanding our Edmonton practice. You’ll manage and grow client relationships while developing new business through referrals, networking, and other lead generation strategies. You are passionate about sales, love building authentic relationships, and thrive in entrepreneurial environments. 

 How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  • Build new relationships with owners and CEOs of mid-sized companies (50–500 employees) through a consultative discovery process. 
  • Retain and grow existing client accounts through regular interaction and relationship management. 
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities within the client base. 
  • Partner closely with our consulting delivery team to ensure outstanding client outcomes. 
  • Drive brand visibility and growth by engaging in business and trade associations, participating in marketing initiatives, and maintaining an active social media presence. 
  • Develop and nurture strategic referral networks with clients and partners. 
  • Collaborate with our team to grow our impact across all markets. 

 What You Bring: 

  • A passion for sales and a proven track record selling solutions to business owners, CEOs or senior executives. 
  • A natural curiosity to uncover challenges, find solutions, and make a real difference. 
  • Strong skills in consultative selling, including handling objections effectively. 
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and client-facing roles, ideally in roles where the sale is for a discretionary or intangible product. 
  • Alignment with Results’ culture of learning, coaching, feedback, accountability, and action.
  • Confidence in both formal and informal presentation settings. 
  • A post-secondary business education (or equivalent experience). 
  • High energy, strong people skills, and a self-driven attitude. 
  • Technical savviness with tools like HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
