The Science of Winning the Status Game
And Why You Should Care
Your status is defined as the perception others have of you. It’s one of the biggest determinants of our quality of life and career success, yet it is poorly understood and rarely discussed.
Professor Alison Fragale, organizational psychologist and bestselling author of Likeable Badass: How Women Get the Success They Deserve, will shed light on the science of status. Why does it matter, and how can we leverage it for individual and collective success?
Equal parts behavioral science and life hacks, this discussion weaves together rigorous research, actionable advice, and impactful stories as Dr. Fragale pulls back the curtain on how we can change how others see us.
In each of her roles, Alison Fragale is passionate about empowering people — especially women — to get what they want, at work and in life.
