CLIENT EXPERIENCE OFFICER
Andrea Kenna has 25 years of experience helping organizations unleash their potential both in a volunteer, non-profit environment, and professionally. Prior to joining Results, Andrea held several senior level positions with Canadian Pacific Railway, including marketing, customer retention programming, and operations. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing from UBC, and has her Project Management Certification from MRU.
Andrea has been the Calgary Practice Director and contributor in all aspects of People and Strategy Development at Results since 2015. Andrea is responsible for overall management of the Calgary practice, including business development, marketing, client loyalty, and strategic direction. Her role involves establishing alliances with key business partners, understanding client needs, helping to build a team of exceptional execution specialists who can meet those needs, and creating a positive client experience at the Calgary Growth Centre.
When not working, Andrea is an outdoor enthusiast and likes to bike, hike, ski, and stay active with a busy family of 3 boys and, most recently, a new puppy. She contributes to the community by taking a leadership role in various school initiatives and coaching or managing community sport teams.
